July 31 - ePlan system goes offline for annual maintenance

August 1-7: Review Online materials, videos, and tutorials that Diana Benner so graciously put together for us for planning. http://saisdtechplan.wikispaces.com/

August 10-21: Draft components needed for ePlan, including Budget, Needs Assessment, Executive Summary, etc. and then, for each of your areas: Goals, Objectives, Strategies.

August 31-September 11: Transfer planning to the ePlan web-based system.

September 14-21: Pursue Superintendent/Board Approval/Notarize Plan

September 25, 2009: Share ePlan draft with district stakeholders and solicit feedback

October 1, 2009: Submit ePlan for Approval via the ePlan Online System

November, 2009 - January, 2010: Form 471 will be submitted (3 year eRate) (applying for eRate Year 13).
